Extend vertical punch guides 2cm below the bottom row

Sean Bone requested to merge extend-punch-guide-below-bottom-row into main

Each column's punch guide now continues past its own bottom-most token by a fixed 2cm (clipped to the page edge), mirroring the existing extension above the top row.
